Reference
llms.txt
Every docs page is also plain markdown: an index at /llms.txt, the whole corpus at /llms-full.txt, and any page at /raw/<path>.md.
Every Polylane docs page is also published as plain text through the llms.txt convention, so a language model or coding agent can read the documentation without a browser.
Endpoints
| URL | Description |
|---|---|
| /llms.txt | The title, the description and an index of every page grouped by section, each with its raw markdown URL. |
| /llms-full.txt | The full markdown of every page in one file. |
/raw/<path>.md | One page as raw markdown, served as text/markdown. Prefix the docs path with /raw/ and add .md. |
For example, this page is served at /raw/reference/llms.md and the autofix page at /raw/investigate/autofix.md. When a page body does not start with a level one heading, the route prepends the title as a heading and the description as a blockquote, so the file stands alone.
When to use which
- Agent with web access: point it at
/llms.txtso it can fetch individual pages through the docs MCP server, the/raw/routes or a plain HTTP fetch. - Offline prompts or fine-tuning: use
/llms-full.txtto bundle the docs into a single context window or dataset.
