Notifications
Open Settings > Notifications in the console to manage your personal notification preferences. Preferences are per user: your choices don't affect your teammates.
Channels
Notifications reach you on two personal channels:
- Web: notifications inside the console dashboard.
- Email: the same events, delivered to your inbox.
Each channel has a global switch at the top of the page. Turning a channel off mutes every event on that channel and disables its per-event checkboxes.
Per-event preferences
Below the global switches, each event type has its own checkbox per channel. Every event is on by default; untick a checkbox to stop that event on that channel. A per-event choice only applies while the channel's global switch is on.
| Category | Events |

| Cloud Accounts | Account Connected, Account Deleted, Account Disconnected |

| Automations | Automation Succeeded, Automation Failed |

For example, if autofix pull requests are already visible in your code review flow, untick the email checkbox on Autofix PR Submitted and keep the web one.
Weekly digest
Once a week, every workspace member receives an email summarizing issues, autofixes, notable changes, advisories, and quiet resources. Each workspace fires at its own fixed time in the week, so digests don't all arrive at the same moment.
Two controls apply:
- Personal: the Weekly Digest checkbox in the Digest category stops the email for you only.
- Workspace: the Weekly digest switch in the Workspace section stops the digest for every member. Toggling it requires workspace write permission, which only owners hold by default.
Slack
If your workspace has the Slack integration connected, Polylane also posts notifications to a shared Slack channel. Connecting Slack creates a #polylane-notifications channel in your Slack workspace and invites the person who connected it.
Slack delivery is workspace-wide: issue triage results, investigation updates, autofix outcomes, usage warnings, credential failures, and the weekly digest all post to that channel. Your personal web and email preferences don't affect Slack delivery.
Account updates
The Account updates section covers non-event emails:
- Product updates: a monthly email with new features.
- Important updates: emails about security fixes and maintenance.
