Notifications
Polylane emails you about what happens in your workspace, and you choose which events qualify. Preferences are per person: your choices do not affect your teammates.
What it does
Open Settings > Notifications in the console. The Email switch at the top mutes every event and disables each per-event checkbox; below it, every event has its own checkbox, grouped by category. Most events are on by default, and three stay off until you turn them on: Account Connected, Autofix PR Merged and Production Concern Found.
Two switches under Account updates are separate from events. Product updates sends a monthly email about what shipped, and Important updates covers security fixes and maintenance.

Checkout, scheduled cancellation and renewal reminder emails always send and do not appear in the list.
Weekly digest
Once a week, every member receives a summary of the workspace's issues, investigations, autofixes, changes and idle resources. The Weekly Digest checkbox in the Digest category stops the email for you alone. The Weekly digest switch in the Workspace section of the same page stops it for every member, and changing it requires workspace write permission.
Slack
With the Slack integration connected, Polylane also posts to a shared channel: connecting creates #polylane-notifications in your Slack workspace and invites the person who connected it. Delivery there is workspace-wide and independent of your email preferences: autofix pull requests, credential failures, usage warnings, the weekly digest, monitoring pauses, invites and members joining all arrive as cards. The Slack App Home tab lists the open problems with Open the investigation and All fix runs buttons.
