Install Polylane in your Slack workspace. Mention @Polylane in any channel or DM to chat with the agent, receive automation summaries, triage alerts, and collaborate with your team through the same agent you use in the console.

设置
- 点击Connect启动Slack安装流程。
- 选择要安装Polylane的Slack工作区。
- 审阅请求的权限并点击Allow。
- 应用安装完成后你会回到Polylane。
在Slack中使用Polylane
- 在任意频道或私信中提及Polylane即可与智能体聊天
- 在你的团队已经工作的地方接收自动修复更新和分诊告警
- 它就是你在控制台中使用的同一个智能体，拥有同样的上下文
断开连接
在Settings → Manage apps下从你的Slack工作区移除Polylane应用，或在Polylane中断开它。
断开连接
断开连接会停止所有同步和检查，并删除Polylane持有的凭据。 Polylane会移除Slack的API允许它移除的内容。以下内容会保留，直到你自己移除：
- Slack app installation (its bot token is revoked)
- #polylane-notifications and #*-polylane channels
- bot channel memberships and DMs
